Try MP3 CD Maker from www.zy2000.com
Very easy to use.
Unlike other MP3 converter programs, this program makes audio CDs directly from MP3,it does not take up hardisk space creating temporary .wav files. Another useful feature is the "Normalizing" function. It will balance the volumes of all your songs to a same level, so you won't get high volume in one song and low volume in another.

Thanks you all ... one question here ... can I burn some songs and listen to them then add more later .. or do I need to close the CD before I can listen to it in the car !??

It depends if your CD player supports MultiSession discs. If it doesn't you can only burn once to the disc, else the CD player will not recognize the TOC.
