how can I change drive letters in winXP?

I have an HD that's partitioned in two and during winxp setup, it assigned letter E: to the secondary partition since the CD drive was already D:. is there any way I can switch the HD partition to D: and the CD to E:?

Go to control panel, administrative tools, computer management, storage, disk management ...and right click away to reassign.
