How can I capture DV type 2??

Sorry, I forgot the message.

I am using Ulead video studio 5 to capture from my JVC GR-DVL510u. Even if I select the template for DV type 2, it keeps capturing as DV type 1. I wonder if there is a program that can capture DV type 2 AND have scene detection (a different scene is written to a different file).

Roxio videowave??? Pinacle studio 8???
