How can I burn files to DVD an maintain their file order?

I just bought a new stereo for my car that can play MP3s on DVD (or CD). This is wonderful, but for some reason Vista puts the files onto the disk in a seemingly random order. I don't like that because it means that my file folders are in a random order and then the songs inside those files are in a random order.

Is there any software out there, free or not, that will burn files to DVD in a strict and precise order?

Software like Nero or Roxio shouldn't have a problem with that.
Don't know why Vista would either though.

I don't know, but it doesn't put them in any order that I can figure out.
