How Can I Block A Spammer Using Outlook Express 6

I've got a spammer who is constantly sending me emails is there
a way to block him with a plugin or something.

Been awhile sinces used outlook express, but if i remember right there is a block senders list under the tools -> rules. that could be used to stop the spam
