How can I add myself to a sudoers list without any sudo-enabled accounts?

Ok, so I put Fedora 9 Live on my flash drive using this tutorial. Link

It works fine, I can add software and do some other things that would, AFAIK, require admin privileges. But some things I do through terminal require root access and I don't know how to add myself to the sudoers list or enable a root account.

Help plx?
