How can I add and delete files from an ISO CD image?

I have a big 450Mb CD image in the ISO form. I was trying to replace some files in it but no luck. I try to delete then add and then try just to replace but no luck. I keep getting that the image is full or cannot delete from a non empty directory. Is there another software that I can use other than WinImage 5 Pro? The problem is that the image is bootable for the CD and if I extract it then I will lose the bootable sector.
Any help would be most appreciated.
Thanks.

How? How do I create a new boot sector? Please email if you got some spare time since the subject is not too appropriate on the forums here.
Thanks.

You can extrct the ISO with Isobuster. Then ad the new files and burn a new CD. most burning programs can make a bootable cd-rom. You will need for example the bootfloppy from win98.

Shouldn't make any difference . . . if you are booting from the CD, you won't be in Whistler . . . you'll be in whatever OS is in the BOOTIMG.BIN and BOOTCAT.BIN files.
