They're charging me for the time that it isn't on. I just got my new bill today, and it's like 150$. How can they charge me for the time that it has been off? Do you see what I'm saying?
My old bill was ~100$. That's fine. Aren't they supposed to keep sending you that bill of 100$ until you pay it, so they can turn your service back on? No, they tacked another month onto the bill and sent it to me.
Is this normal? Why should I have to pay for the time that it's shut off?
