For Part 1, I got 15/16.
Part 2, I got 14/16.
Part 3, I got 14/16.

Part three was the hardest, in my opinion.

I don't think that the test is that effective. In real life, we see more than someone's face. We also see their hands and feet. They are usually very telling about a person's true sex.

I learned a few things to check for:

1) Look at the person's hands or feet if you have that advantage. It usually reveals much. Now, I saw one picture at part one where I had the advantage of seeing the person's hand. And the person's hand was so manly in shape. There are always exceptions of course.

2) Look very carefully at the chin. Now, guys have somewhat distinguishable chin. Not all guys, but there are some and many who have the male trait there.

3) Look at the degree of make up. Yes, some girls wear so much make up, but a transsexual/drag is more likely to have a lot more than an average girl would. I would suppose the reasons are obvious.

4) Look at the forehead. Not all guys have high foreheads, and likewise there are a few girls that have high foreheads. However, guys are more likely to lose their front hair. Search for signs of someone losing hair there or whose hair starts from afar.

5) Look at the lips. Men tend to have something distinguishable, even when lipstick is worn. I don't know how to describe it.

6) And of course the shoulders.

Yes, you can't judge solely by one factor. However, adding up all circumstantial evidence can make distinguishing the two pretty easy. That's it for me.

About the original poster's question and statement: Don't kid yourself! Transsexuals who go through full operation and those who don't can sound sooooooo female. All it takes is voice training. Besides, not all guys have adam's apples or have a deep voice. In fact, most guys don't have deep voices. And only at San Francisco would you more easily find the ones that sound too male. LOL! 😀
