I don't like the way she and her sis do their hair, but she's still beautiful . . . at least not ugly. Her sis Serena on the other hand isn't really good looking. She doesn't look as neat and good as her older sis. I like her older sis better.

I say congrats to those girls who used all of their ability and got exposed early enough. If they merit it, then so be it. It is not my job to envy maliciously anyone who merited something. I envy them positively and hope they can keep it up.

either of the williams sister would be beat my any male player even up too the 250's. In my honest opinion my old college team or even guys playing the Futures satellite tournaments could make it a close match. That is an insult to men's tennis. With Hewitt they should be lucky to get beat 6-1, 6-1, 6-1. Don't you remember the australian open a couple of years ago. An out of shape chain smoking german pro ranked in the hundreds beat them each in a set like 6-1. The men hit a much a "heavier ball" and though they do serve fast a pro women's serve is actually pretty easy to return because it literally doesn't have any action compared to that of a man's serve(and the difference in second serves are enormous). But it's fruitless since this is comparing apples to oranges.
I dont know how people could honestly say that Serena Williams looks like a man. IMO she is one beautiful black woman. Everyone cant be a bombshell like anna kounikova. Really, just compare Serena to an Amelie MAuresmo or Justine Henin or a Monica Seles. If yall would pick anyone of them over her I might just have to hit you with the pimp-stick...
No, they being ugly is one of the reason why people don't like them but it's not why their screwing up women's tennis. What is destroying women's tennis is the aces, power returns, and the total destruction of their opponents that is really cutting down on the rallies and length of the matches. The top 3 players all have that same game now, and that is pretty much the men's game. If this trends continues, people will stop watching women's tennis. If it's all going to be about power, might as well watch the men's right?
You see, the only reason women's tennis is such a success is because it is vastly different from the men's game. The men's games are dominated by aces, quick returns, and relatively short rallies. Having the top 3 ranked players playing like men is really killing what me and probably alot of other people liked about the women's division. Can you imagine 200+lb muscle head women playing pro football? Who would want to watch that? Does anybody care about women's softball? What about the WNBA, nobody really cares about that either. Women's tennis is probably the only major sport that people watch, and yes, the williams sisters are killing it.

Safin come's close, but he does a lot more rallying from the baseline than Sampras ever did, Costa is a clay court player, Agassi is a fine returner and ball striker, Hewitt, well, he just returns every ball waiting for a mistake from his opponent, and Henman is equivalent to Hewitt, except he lacks the desire and heart.
