Yea, he and the team has been on a tear, he even took a sock to the jaw and got back up pissed off and threw 3 more TD's, Pitt always seems to pick great receivers in every draft and give Ben weapons to work with.

ya watched it again in slow mo this morning and it just seems like a play that defines a season. Some guys have it. This guy has lots of it. Small frame guy needs to watch the hits but im really surprised how clean he comes off press. Whoever is coaching receivers for them is the man.






Watch out for Big Ben and the Steelers if they can keep their running game on track and stay healthy.

I think he is just one of those rare talented guys, as the other Steeler receivers don't look nearly as good.


I will say I am glad Dallas decided to keep Murray out of garbage time. There is no reason risking an injury for meaningless stats, especially when the team is relying pretty hard on that running game. Also, Weeden is garbage. Go back to baseball and stop ruining my team!

When I heard romo was out and bobby three sticks was in, changed both of those picks and it turned out well.

Chargers, good grief. You blank the jets then look like crap since.

Looks like big ben hadn't another restaurant bathroom encounter to spark his season.

Arizona looking like the clear leader in that division now.

NFC east looks like its about to implode with the QB situations.

At what point do you just go with Manziel. Having to have final game drives to consistenly beat the bad teams isn't going to give you any real chance of getting into or through the playoffs and right now that"s looking like the toughest division.

QB is the least of the Brown's worries. Start with their o-line and their defense, then point fingers elsewhere. They have competent runners & receivers at this point, and an extremely functional QB.

I was really hoping Romo being out wasn't going to stall the offense. I actually thought the Dallas defense played extremely well, they just couldn't stay off the field. The offense stalled completely without Romo leading them.

As far as Manziel, they won't pull a winning QB until he stops winning. I think that time is coming though. If Cleveland falls below 500, I full expect a "trial run" for Johnny Football.

As a die-hard Niner fan let me just say I hope they lose the rest of their games this year and Harbaugh is fired. I know he has gotten them to the NFC championship 3 years running and I've been the first to defend him because of that but the call to go for it with 2 seconds left instead of kicking the field goal and going to overtime was BUSH LEAGUE and there is no place for that shit in the NFL. I don't even care if Kaep made it into the end zone or not, they deserve that loss 100%.

I bet you called for ol' Bill to be fired by the Pats when he went for it against Manning on 4th right? Or, how about the entire St. Louis staff for going with a fake punt against Seattle?

We are talking end of the game here not some shit in the middle where if you fuck up you can recover. We are talking about gambling all the work everyone on the team does all year on one stupid play. Even if Kaep did score and they won I would still be PISSED. It is disrespectful to everyone on the team, everyone on the other team, the entire NFL and all the fans. Fuck him. I have overlooked shit play calling for years now. I cannot forgive that call.

I disagree. There was 9 seconds left before the play and SF had a timeout. You should be able to trust your QB not to lose the game for you.

If that is the case then things are different. My score app listed it as 3rd and goal with 2 seconds left.

EDIT: Nope, even yahoo lists it as 2 seconds left.

There was more than 2 seconds left.. Think it was like 9 or so. 3rd down, one timeout left, of course you try to run it in and call the timeout if you don't succeed so you set up the field goal. Roman needs to be fired before Harbaugh. Run the damn ball with Gore. We're done for the year. There's no way we are winning out or only losing one game to get the 6th wild card spot. Next week at NO is pretty much a loss.

If that was the case, then there would have been no kneel down by the Rams to end the game. Game would have ended on the 3rd down attempt, which it didn't.

Then yahoo is wrong. There was definitely 9 seconds left. There was two seconds left on the clock when the refs stopped play to sort out the mess. With 9 seconds left and a timeout you can run whatever play you want.

Complete Highlights

Although I will say even the IOS ESPN app wasn't currently reporting the time correctly. Anyways, it should have been plenty of time, although a sneak into the pile is some risky because of the scrum.

This is a strange season. So many blowouts in games with evenly matched teams. Reminds me of NCAA football.
