I don't think a fully blind person's eyes would even have the capacity to read the registration form...

blind people use the internet
i work with a blind guy, he uses a program that translates text on the screen to speech and he listens to it
he signed up on here , blindgeek007, but he hasn't posted in over a year

Wow. Almost as many glasses-wearers as people with unimpaired vision, then contact lenses rocket us over the top. How would this compare to a random chunk of society at large? 60% seems pretty damn high 😛
