How big of a Power Supply should I get?

I need to get a new Power Supply, but my question is how big of one do I get? I have a 350watt Antec Smart Power PSU lying around, but I am unsure it will be enough for the new rig I just built.

Here are the specs:

Gigabyte GA-K8N Ultra9 mobo
1GB (512x2) Corsair ValueSelect PC3200
Athlon 64 2800 (socket 939)
Saphire X300 128mb PCIe-16x
WD Caviar 80GB SATA
Sound Blaster Live! 24bit

Antec is a good power supply. Their 350watts is better than a 450watts nonbrand.
