Well, smoking raises your energy expenditure with about 10% (by raising your heartrate, bloodpressure), so the main reason people gain weight when they stop smoking is that they consume less engergy, not that they eat more (but that is one other cause though)...

To compensate, you need to walk for an hour more each day, that would be a 10% compensation in most cases...

Or eat 10% less, it will work too...

I was at 35" just last year.

When I was 25 years old I had braces on my teeth for two years. My waist size shrunk to 28". I never want to be that skinny again.
