Your eyes are getting worse from prolong viewing at short distances. Your eyes get weaker because they are focusing on short distances for extended periods. To combat this do

Take a short break every 15 minutes and focus at something farther than arms length away like a picture on the wall or something.

Take your glasses off when using the computer, this will exercise your eyes more instead of them getting lazy from viewing short distances with corrected vision.
