I could lose about 5-10 lbs and still be happy, but I wouldn't want to lose more than that

I'm about the same as you... a touch heavier and a touch shorter.

Gonna get down to 220 by early June, then try to pack on as much muscle as I can for the football season in late August
What can I say, its a rough job being defending Long Island Conference 3 Champs and Rutgers Cup winners

6'1, 155lbs. Used to be 130-135.. then I was stuck around 140-145. Then I hit 150, but went back down to low 140s. Now I'm sticking above 150. Finally... can't wait till I start going to the gym regularly and put on some good solid weight.

Possibly, but they may also be abnormally untruthful. ;)

Personally, I'm at a moderate height of 5' 11" (or was it 10"? can't remember if I had my shoes on when I measured myself), and a weight of somewhere between 160 and 170 (been a while since I measured). Unfortunately, too much of it consists of fat cells, and I need to work on "converting" it to more useful muscle cells. Now that the weather is improving, and it's not so f***ing cold out, I should start getting more exercise.
