How BFG Tells if my 9600GT was overclocked?

So I bought a BFG 9600GT because it was only $70AR. Question is, how can BFG tell if it's been overclocked? I don't want to lose the lifetime warranty through overclocking. I'm planning to overclock using Rivatuner or the EVGA utility.

Fraud is bad, mm'kay?

Come on OP. You know it's against forum rules to come in here asking how to commit fraud. Get a backbone and take responsibility for your actions. If you're going to oc, than accept the fact that you may burn up the card and you may have to buy a new one on your own dime. BFG shouldn't have to pay for the risk you chose to take. If you wanted to avoid voiding the warranty while overclocking, than you should have bought an EVGA or XFX card. Sheesh.

They can't tell if it's overclocked. Doesn't BFG warrant overclocking anyway? I know EVGA and XFX does.
