Then i'll get Ham or Roast Beef.

Then some American Cheese.

No Toasting please.

All Vegetables

No sauces.

Thank You.

Pretty healthy I think! And very tasty.

I got wheat bread with grilled chicken. Vegetables. No sauces.

Seemed OK

in general, fast food that is tasty isnt very healthy. if you're willing to cut out the cheese, sauce, and go with a wheat or oat bread, then it is probably healthy but wont taste too spectacular

A quarter pounder with cheese has less calories than a significant number of subway subs...

Portabello Burger on wheat from Applebee's FTL...I think the pineapple slices that come with it have more moistness and taste.

Not always. Blueberries and oranges taste damn good and are really good for you. Coincidentally, gasoline tastes horrible so it should be good for you right? Though I haven't seen too many studies that outline the positive health effects of ingesting petroleum-based products.

You are a genius.

its very good for you compared to real fast food.
i usually get a club with the works +cucumbers, no dressing, only olive oil/vinegar/salt/pepper on whole grain wheat.

you can't beat that even with home made.

Most of Quiznos is about as healthy as Burger King (i.e. even worse than McD's).

I find it hilarious Subway has spent years with Jarred as their spokes person and pushing eating healthy. And who do I see in their new commercials? Petter Griffen, hehe. He's not telling you to eat the steak & bacon sub but it's funny to see a fat slob talking about Subway, even if he's a cartoon character.

meh.. I actually kind of like the tuna sub, so far am very satisfied with it. Eating at subway feels to me much healthier than many of the rest, and their food is not bad at all.

It isnt THAT much healthier for you than regular bread. A little bit, yes, but not that much

Other than Sodium, most of their offerings are pretty good. BTW, for Fast Food McDonald's is actually quite healthy. Not only do they have the nutrition information available, but with a little planning and non-ordering or removal of condiments, pretty much 80-90% of their menu is available to eat. Contrast that with pretty much any sitdown restaurant that will just kill your diet.

Subway kills me because of the Sodium. However, I probably eat it at least 3-4 times a week.

6inch on wheat (vinegar and mustard only condiments) with lots of veggies and I can use most meats, but I typically stick with turkey, ham, or chicken
bag of apples
diet coke and a water

Cheap, delicious, filling, and perfect for my diet

90% of their menu!? You must not have seen their entire menu. You can't even eat 5% of it.

Depends on what you think is healthy...I shy away from oranges as they are high in sugar. Blueberries? I'm not really sure...just in general the two fruits I eat are apples and pears...and I stick with green vegetables...

Staying away from fruits because they're high in sugar is the most retarded idea ever.

Oh, and blueberries have been touted as the healthiest fruit/vegetable on the planet in multiple studies.

I thought Kimchee is the most healthy vegetable.

Or Chicken Breast/sweet onion..depends how i feel.

Ranking the "healthiest" is, of course, very subjective because it's difficult to quantify. However, it's obvious that eating blueberries and other fruits is not the same as downing spoons full of sugar like some on here believe.

Easy solution. Walk into whatever fast food restaurant you want, order whatever you want. Once it's paid for, open up the packaging, hold it under your nose, and get a really wicked whiff of it........then throw it in the trash!! Instant health food!!!
