How bad is having two softdrinks per day?

it's horrible for you. just like eating any other food/drink you could ever possibly enjoy consuming🙁

It depends on the type of drink and what "bad" means. In terms of acids causing deterioration of your teeth, some drinks are fine while others are terrible. A study I read this years indicated that mountain dew and sprite were among the worst, while root beer was basically harmless. Sugar in drinks is said to be bad, but in reality many foods are much worse because they too contain different forms of sugars which break down in your mouth, coat your teeth, and provide food for bacteria which excreet acids that cause decay.

Dr. Pepper. That wasn't one of the bad ones.

A good friend of mine did nothing else except eliminate his normal routine of 4 Cola's a day, and he tells me he's lost 8 pounds in the last month.

yea the odd result was that dew and the clear citrus sodas were worse then cola🙂 atleast for ur teeth. as for sugar, its just eating up ur daily calorie alotment without no nutrition. so if u can makeup for that.. its alright. cals are better wasted on solid deserts though. feelin filled better then appatite encouraging drink
