I'm considering these to supplement my workouts. Are the beneficial, or are they more harm than good?

Try doing a search. I dunno if it will work, but things like caffeine and ephedrine supplements have been discussed before in a fair amount of detail. The same arguments will come here, I'm sure.

Most on the market are a complete waste of money. The only active ingredient that is worth a damn is Synephedrine, but it's still not nearly as effective as E+C which is a hell of a lot cheaper.

Forgive my ignorance, but what's E+C? Google turns up nothing useful for either "e+c" or "e & c".

Ephedrine/caffeine

EDIT: Also can be an ECA stack (A is aspirin, IIRC)

I think it's amphetamine.

And I think Kooldrew nailed it, why do you want to add these?

Ephedrine is not amphetamine, but is chemically related. Amphetamine is a schedule 2 drug in the US and cannot be legally possessed without a prescription.
