Intermediate Accounting: Seems like a joke

Production Management: Not a clue what were doing, but Im doing it. Far too much work, not enough explanation.

Marketing Management: Cool instructor, no work. A little bit of reading required.

Accounting Information Systems: 2 and a half hour class. Boring instructor. Lots of reading.

All together, 2 classes are fine, and 2 are gonna be a pain in the as$.

How about you?

Oversee production of fried and baked corn products as well as being in charge of 32 team members. Lots of paperwork and a decent amount of time out on the floor.

Ooooh I feel so special still being in Highschool. :) So I'm going to fail Geometry this year considering as soon as my teacher opens her mouth you fall asleep... English and Spanish seem to be a breeze as always, Graphics Design is OK. Looking forward to ending the boring keyboarding so I can take my Website Design class. And very much looking forward to Driver's ED. next semester. :)

Economics I (Macroeconomics): Boring, the subject is somewhat interesting, but the guy puts me to sleep (today was the only day I didn't pass out in class) and there aren't any cute girls in the class.

English Comp. II: Boring also, and a lot of work. But it's a "Web-Enhanced" class, so there's a lot of BS with computers and the teacher is obsessed with the online portion of the class and Frankenstein. But, there's numerous cute girls in the class, so it balances out nicely.

Those are all the classes I'm taking, I was hoping to take more but I'm lazy and I didn't sign up soon enough. I was kinda hoping to see this girl I met last semester, but our schedules are different (I'm on my way home when she's on her way to class). Not a biggie though, I live like 10 minutes away from her and I can just hang out with her after class/weekends. Next semester I'll be taking 4 classes, I just need to figure out which ones. & :cookie:

mine seem to be pretty cool:

Discrete Math (so much easier than Calc!)
Early America (teacher admits to being a radical left-wing liberal, so that will be interesting)
World Music (we listen to Vivaldi, Bob Marley and others, how much better can you get?)
Assembly Language (took it last year but it didn't transfer, I might test out or enjoy the refresher)
Cross Country (going into what feels like will be my best season in a long time; looking forward to really running strong this year)

oh yeah, and a really hot chick in my math class who has an affinity for going sans panties :D and of course all the girls on the xc team are gorgeous... it's all good :)

Math topics for Computer Science: Not as hard as it sounds.
Intro to ancient Greek Philosophy: I like the professor, class is interesting.
History of the US from 1877 to the present: Good professor, interesting class, not real difficult.
Sociology 1: what a joke I can't beleive taking this class counts for something.

I'm nasically catching up on GE stuff that I'm behind on this semester, makes fora relatively easy schedule. Next semester will be almost all Comp Sci classes again.

Health: *yawn* two credit hours. Actually, it's not the dull high school coach, though there is one.
English Comp: local newspaper editor teaching it--the man is inhumanly slow and boring. He could do all we do in class in a third of the time. Failed in Spring due to health problems.
Physics: finally, a class that actually uses some meaningful part of my brain! But it's three hours after the others, and I'm at college from 12:30PM to 9:20PM on thursdays.
It looks like I won't be doing much to pull my average up this semester; but I hope I can at least not fail anything this time around.

I have a co-op this semester, but I was looking forward to the classes I would be taking this fall.

I would have been taking:
Comp Sci - Operating Systems
Comp Sci - Numerical Methods
ECE 552 - Intro to Computer Architecture
ECE 553 - Test Design
Afro Am - Intro to Afro Am history (wasn't really looking forward to that one ;))

Yea, Im an accounting major. Accounting Information Systems is a bunch of definitions, with some basic accounting principles applied, and I think were gonna learn some software such as Peachtree.

I have the WORST classes ever!
I got placed in the lowest writing class for some bs reason, and it's 6th grade level crap. The first day, the prof handed out an example essay from the lowest class, middle class, and the high class. The example essay from the lowest class was the worst essay I've ever read. The entire essay was ONE paragraph filled with run-on sentences and slang.
Then the prof said, "your essay probably looked something like this, which is why you got into this class"
I looked down in shame :(

I went to go to the director of english to ask her why I got into the class, since my assessment writing looks NOWHERE like the lowest class, it looks more like the upper class if anything. Then she said, I think you got placed into that class because your conclusion paragraph was not that great.
Uhm, at least I have a conclusion paragraph. Even the middle class had the weakest conclusion, two sentences with grammar errors.

So now I'm stuck in this class, to spend 3 weeks learning how to write a fvcking paragraph! After the first 6 hours of bs lecture, the teacher said, if all you got out of this is to learn how to write a topic sentence, then you're doing great!

During class, I hear group discussions where people talk about how they were expelled. Across the class, I see the girl in my junior english class that failed, and went to secondary highschool to make up her failed class. I feel like those failures, not the student that always got As in his english class, and got the top score in the class on his essay. :(

I guess I can't expect much going to a community college.

BIO325 Genetics
BIO205L Biology Lab
CH204 Chemistry Lab
CS325E Scientific Computing
ARC320 Historical Architecture

Sadly, Genetics is hard... but it is the only class I actually look forward to. One more year until I apply to med-school... time to get those grades up a little bit.
