How are the Logitech Z-5300's?

I'm thinking of using my birthday money to buy some new speakers. I like my Altec Lansing ACS45's but they are getting old and they are only 2.1. I know my Audigy can do at least 5.1.

Is it worth the money to get them or should I just stick with my ACS45's?

since they're highly praised in a zillion reviews i'd have to say the consensus is that they kick ass especially for the price. correct me if i'm wrong but they are also included in one of the Anandtech guides right now as well.

Thanks, I ordered the refurbs from ICT. They should be here next week.
The covers on my ACS45's speakers have seen better days. They work great and all but there is no way to tell what volume the speakers at and seems like it's always different when I turn it on. Surround sound here I come!
