How are StarTech.com power supplies?

I know that Antec is a highly respected name in power supplies, but the ones available form CompUSA are out of the price range, while the StarTech.com products are reasonably priced, even for a 400W ($46).

Dont rip me for choosing CompUSA. Its for my sister, and she needs this ASAP. CompUSA is right next door to her place of business, and getting one shipped from newegg is out of the question (5 days...ugh).

I know they make this highly regarded 480W silent power supply, but what about their generic 350W or 400W power supplies?

Im thinking of getting this one:

Well I talked it over with my good friend and he suggests an Antec too...

However I dont think 300W is enough for her system.

3 HD
1 DVDRW
2 RAM sticks
1 Athlon64
1 Radeon 9800 PRO

Besides the fact that startech isnt sold in stores.

So she has the choice between a MAD DOG 400W for $70 or an Antec 430W for $90.

How are Mad Dog PSU's?
