How are Optoma projectors?

My uncles looking to get a entry level projector, right now he's leaning towards the Optoma H31 and the BENQ PB6200.

Anyone have any experience with the Optoma projectors? From what he's read, their a decent projector for the money.

for office stuff or home theater?
im looking at the NEC VT470, very cheap at office depot (relatively)(for home theater)

Read those already, but they don't compare the H31 to any other projector but the H30.

And why don't you just start a thread there? You would get a lot more help and responses.
