How are games Benchmarked on Anandtech?

Gaming benchmarks for games that don't have a built in benchmarker? Just curious how they are handled by the Anandtech crew. For example a game like Skyrim do they just use fraps? And if so, how do they determine an average fps?

They probably find out the most demanding portion of the game and try to make a repeatable benchmark out of it.But it is almost impossible though as no two runs can be completely identical.
