How accurate is the Vista Memory Tool

I just ran the built in vista memory tool to test my memory and it said that my memory has problems. How accurate is this test? Should I be worried?
 
I figured it out. I was running the timmings too tight. I used SPD then reran the test all is good now 🙂
 
Vista has memory diagnostics? Learn something new every day. I usually just use Memtest86 to test RAM though.
