I was class of 84. My best friend became a crack head and has been in jail for 90% of the time since high school. I saw a girl that I had a crush on begging for a quarter and looking all strung out on some $hit in front of the Pallaidum on 14th street before they tore it down. I bet a large part of my graduating class is either dead or in jail by now. I went to an alternative public HS in Harlem.

Uhhhhh...not very. Best outcome our class was a guy that was both quite smart, and very athletic that got a recommendation by a congressman to get into Anapolis Naval Academy. Last I heard of him, he had a huge article in the local newspaper making some very elite honors program over there. He wanted to be a navy pilot. Not sure if he's got there yet or not. He was a good guy, I wish him the best.

There were couple of us, like myself that did pretty well in college and are doing quite well out of it. Then there is a VERY large part of our class that still lives with our parents doing minwage or there about work barely making it. I graduated in '96 BTW.

Same here. Most, like me went to SUNYs, few others to CUNYs or the community college. I don't think anyone went to an Ivy League school but I know some went to Duke, MIT, and Georgetown.

At my 10 year reunion, most of the people there were doctors, lawyers, wall street people, enigneers. I think all the other guys were too embarrassed to show their faces. With the economy now, I don't want to see what my 20th reunion will be like.

I graduated HS in '98. My class was pretty good:

Here are the ones that stand out:
- Valedictorian was accepted early to Harvard. She ended up going to Stanford. The most brilliant, humble person I have ever known.
- Salutatorian was also accepted to Harvard, but not early. He ended up going to Stanford. He also published a novel.
- Someone not ranked in the top 10 in our class was accepted early at MIT. The only school he applied to.

- 10 of us went to Berkeley
- About 20 went to UCLA
- About 35 went to UCSD

A few teachers retired after we left.

I know of at least two people in my class that went to MIT. I don't know where most people went. We did have seven valedictorians with 4.0 GPAs, though.

I went to a fairly prestigious liberal arts college in the area, and there were four others from my class who went there as well.

I graduated with 84 people, and we were a Level 3 school (redneck central). No one does anything.... Best school they go to is probably Ohio State or Capital University. Our tiny, sh|tty school ensures that you cannot excel.

Small, private school. 75% IB graduates, 70% went to "good" or "excellent" schools (but very few to the Ivy League schools)

My class (2001) was the last "good" class at my high school. Had the smartest and best behaved people in my class. One girl got into Dartmouth...another is at this really good tech school (can't remember the name right now)...and the same guy who made the tech school had a chance to go to princeton.

Even though we have a lot of kids from my class end up at community colleges...the classes after mine...all suck. (seriously...I'm not just saying that).

I think nearly everyone you ask says that about their class.

A guy in my high school class was touted as having NBA caliber potential. He ended up going to University of Arizona and got arrested for raping a woman during his freshman year. I think he is out of jail now (this was around 92'). But that guy was a real moron.

Wow he actually went to jail? If he had gone to Iowa he just would have been redshirted.

Also, equally good schools only most people don't realize it...

my class was actually the most accomplished of any to ever graduate from my hs, we had kids going to many ivy league schools, among other great private institutions, and i felt bad for going to a private jesuit college :(

How did you guys know what college your graduating class went?

they posted where you went in our cafe.

As for how accomplished, i could care less about my class. The top people were all snobby a$$holes, the bottom people made a mess of things in class, and the middle had no ambition. I like to laugh at the top people now though...they discovered life outside school and from what i hear, some are failing.:D

They post where you are attending? Isn't that suppose to be private? Maybe some don't want to reveal where they are attending for their own reasons.

WTF? I must have missed this? I have never seen a list that shows where your graduating class attends after graduation.
