How about better polls?

For example:

User JohnDoe starts a poll, "Who's your favorite actress?", without any options.
User JaneDoe adds to the poll "Helen Hunt" to the options.
User JoeBlow adds to the poll "JLH".
User Bob adds a vote for JLH.
User Bob#2 adds a vote for Helen Hunt.
User Bob#3 adds another option to the poll, "Ashley Judd".
.
.
.
and so on...

This has some interesting potential, but I think the opportunity for abuse is so great it might overshadow the constructive use of such a feature.
