I took that picture primarily to show how much clearing we did, it's a little deceptive because the wide angle lens tends to shrink the depth of field. The area where the trees are (with the woodchips around them) was just like the uncleared area to the right and behind them. Just like all my other projects, I forgot to take a before picture to show the difference but the previous owner of our house stopped by one day and couldn't believe what we did with the landscaping (the other neighbors had previously labeled him "mr do-nothing").
