Housing for two mSATA drives

Given the size of an mSATA drive you could easily put two into a housing the size of a 2.5 inch HD and be much thinner than 7mm to boot. You can buy a 1TB mSATA drive for about $450 so putting two of them in a 2.5 inch adapter would get you 2TB SSD for less than $1K versus the nearly $3K that 2TB SSD drives are going for.

Yes, I realize the housing would need an interface to connect the two mSATA drives to the SATA buss but that would seem to be fairly trivial and should add more than about $50 to the cost and probably about $20.

I'm looking to get a new laptop within the next few months and one that's interesting is the Dell M3800. The M3800 has a dedicated mSATA port but also a standard 2.5 inch drive slot that's limited by space to 7mm so 1TB is about the max at this point, but with a dual mSATA setup I could put 2TB of SSD into that space albeit at nearly a grand.
