I usually watch recorded episodes of House, so I'm usually pretty far behind. Anyway I watched this week's, and I have some questions.

1) Why is Wilson pissed at House / not working there anymore?
2) Is Cuddy mad at him too? House basically seems like he is being shunned.

What's going on?
 
wilson is working there.

he recently quit a couple episodes back because he didnt like house... ohhh drama, but then he realized he liked house since he bailed him from jail in new orleans.

secondly, cuddy may be mad at him at the current episode, because she is trying her hardest to take care of that baby, while house keeps telling her to give it up

I re-read the OP and I am confused because Wilson didn't act weird this week.

OP, are you sure you didn't watch a rerun?
 
Maybe I did watch a re-run. I watched one about 6 people who suddenly died on their jobs and one girl is left -- something about they were all transplant patients, etc.

Anywho in this one Wilson is pissed at him and Cuddy seems distant too. I don't care if you ruin it for me I watch random episodes at random times.

So you've haven't yet seen the one where aliens kidnap Cuddy and impregnate her with the seed of Shaquille O'Neal -- remember that episode where House repeatedly made fun of O'Neal's fulll first name and the big guy clobbered him with a stuffed swordfish and then tried to claim he had tripped -- well, anyway one of the aliens suddenly experiences an elevated heartbeat in BOTH of his hearts and 13 thinks it may be . . . wait, are you sure you don't mind spoilers?
 
o snap son, lotta peeps say im like eric foreman so that now my 5th fav show. wilson be pizzed at hiz boy house cuz he like got hiz gf stabb in leg with pole by accident cuz she came to pik him up cuz he be drinkin 2 many 40s. then like she go to hospital and house juz like chillin at strip club, then like she take two different medicine and she die n wilson blame house, even tho house do electrical surgery in brain to remember wat happen (he forgot cuz he got hit in da noggin). cuddy ain't mad at him tho, she be all over him now, not shure y prolly cuz wilson girlfriend not around for compeittion
 
Wilson was not very happy with House because he felt he ended up killing his gf Amber. That was a huge part of the trigger even though it was a culmination of things... House not giving to their friendship, etc.

Cuddy & House are flirting because the writers needed some new material. They are on again (if you want to call it that), off again this season.
