Fear repricusions like that of software patents government shouldn't be interfering with computer crap till it gets some brains.

Or people could be smart with their internet and computers instead of waiting for fedgov to take care of them. Just another piece of useless legislation on the books so the people will feel "safer" while online.

I'm hoping spy/mal ware authors just start getting mean. Hopefully the technologically inept can be driven from the ether.
