Interesting day. Will it alter anything politically? I have significant doubt.

I continue to hope for criminal prosecution of those deserving. Similarly, though, a healthy dose of doubt.

DOJ has basically been pushed up against the wall and has no place to go but indict. Just wished they started the top level investigation sooner.

What shocks me with all of this is that other people are shocked with all of this.
I knew this was Trump, I knew this was where it would end up, I personally knew and expected all of this to happen way back on June 16th 2015. I'm no physic, I'm no fortune teller, I do not read tarot cards.... I knew who Donald Trump was and I knew what Donald Trump was the very moment Donald Trump descended that escalator on that dark day back on June 2015. How did I know? Because I have two eyes, and I have basic common sense, and I know a con when I see a con.

So my problem with all of this is.... how could people NOT see this coming from the very beginning? Donald Trump was not the problem, it was the ignorant gullible masses who were the problem. AND.... they are still the problem today.

I don't have "regrets" about anything. Unfortunately I don't have a crystal ball and cannot fore tell the future as many on the left seem to claim they are able to do.

I'd say his loooooooooooooooooooooooong history of dishonest business practices and personal lack of ethics didn't require any sort of 'crystal ball'. No filter and overly crude are very different. I prefer those who embrace it honestly - they got exactly what they were hoping for and would have been deliriously happy if he stayed in power.

Mostly stuff we knew. Orange monkey didn’t care about hang pence chants. SS the morning of saw many people were armed but weren’t allowed past metal detectors for the rally. Orange monkey told them remove the detectors, let them all in. The new part, when SS told him they couldn’t secure the scene to allow him to march to the capitol, he grabbed at the steering wheel in attempt to take control and tried to strange his SS head. But meadows totally indifferent in the day. Didn’t want to bother the orange monkey in the residence. She wasn’t in the room with him though during the afternoon

The main bombshell was Trump asking SS to take down Mags at the Ellipse prior to STS rally/speech, which establishes he knew some of his supporters were armed, and he said “they aren’t here to hurt me”. That adds to the pile of evidence that Trump was aware of the prospect of violence on 1/6 and didn’t just do nothing—he cheered it on.

Second bombshell was Trump literally grabbing the wheel of his Presidential limousine when SS refused to go to the Capitol [for Trump’s own safety] and nearly assaulting an SS agent for disobeying his request to be at the Capitol amongst his horde.

There was some other stuff about Meadows but I’m not caught up yet.

Most of the bad stuff about was known BEFORE the 2016 election.
