Having attorneys and generals that are apparently unaware of the Posse Comitatus Act is bad, having them as direct advisors to the President is nearly unbelievable, except in Trumplandia. Directing the US military to enforce domestic policy -- which is illegal, and ordering them to take further illegal actions to violate a range of election laws to keep the sitting president in office, as a proposed order on the President's desk is beyond the pale.
Along with actually having arguments in the oval office about directly imposing martial law - for the sole purpose of keeping Trump in office. Which some advisors managed to argue successfully against.
