I think it did wonders for character development, keeping me interested for whats to come. Worse possible thing for Dr. House.

house goes all open heart on wilson, wilson then tell's house he's leaving because of him not what happened and they aren't friends anymore. The kids all think they solved the girls problem, house walks in and they start to go over it and he tells them to stop treatment jams a big ass needed in her and gives the correct diagnosis. the patient and brown hair chic doc talk together for a moment alone as the show closes with the patient saying she's going back to her old job as the new person got canned and the doc telling the patient she has huntington's.

Last seasons finale was amazingly epic. I agree, but then again, thats how they hook you into the next season I guess 😀

That was bullshit from Wilson. He can't say they were never friends. There has always been a time or two each season where they are hanging out at House's house just being buds. People who aren't friends don't do that, unless their reasoning behind it is "Wilson was just lonely."
