Our Agent gave us a suggested selling range between 59k and 61k. We bought it through FHA for 57k two years ago. I went with 62.5k just to see if we could get any hits.

Our little red house

My guess is that your realtor will receive 1,879 reguest for a showing after you posted this on ATOT.

That would be awesome. 😀

Not really since most of the college aged peeps here cannot afford food, let alone buy a house. And the fact that they are in California.

Well I didn't figure they would be legitimate requests. 😛

Didn't want to give FSBO a shot first?

What is FSBO?

edit: oh I get it, For Sale By Owner. Nope, that rarely ever works around here and I already don't have a clue what I'm doing as it is.

Wow... only $62,500. :Q

Sure, the house is small but it has 0.69 acres.

Amazing. You couldn't hardly get a single-wide in a park for that price around here... 😛
That house with the land would be around $170,000 in my neck of the woods (and I live in a "cheap" area of Atlanta).
Yep. About the same here.

Like hell anyone is going to buy a 1,920 year old house.

KK

All of the listings on realtor.com seem to have the house age listed wrong - they're putting in the build year rather than the age.
Also, are you sure the address is right? 65 W MAIN STREET

No, I know it is wrong. It is supposed to be North.
