I knew what Trump was in late 2015. By contrast, my brother supported him since then, and apparently doesn't know much about his fearless leader: He thinks Trump went to Harvard.
To me, this is all fairly simple. The man is a criminal. He doesn't belong in the White House, but an extremely narrow majority put him there.
Why should he want to replace Inspectors General in the cabinet agencies? Their focus it to find fraud, waste and abuse, or otherwise pursue wrongdoing within those agencies. They would not focus on Trump or his entourage -- UNLESS Trump and the entourage chose to break the law and engage in fraud, waste and abuse. So it seems clear at this point: Trump has has his purpose to have no concern about fraud, waste and abuse if he needs to engage in it to fulfill his objectives. But -- then -- what objectives would those be-- to feel it necessary to promote fraud, waste and abuse toward achieving them?
Don't fog your mind with distracting nonsense. Trump's purpose is to do damage to our institutions and our government. What you get afterward, assuming he's only in office until 2029, will fall short of the intentions of many people, living and dead, present and past, who made the government evolve to what it is with careful forethought.
IF you don't care what you get afterward, which seems to be the case, I doubt you had a single serious thought in your head to begin with when you cast your chuckle-headed vote.
