Thanks............ There's a 35 off 300?!?!! wow. Anyways, thanks 20times over. MY parents wanted a 24" screen after seeing my nice 19". So yea, I'll be buying this tomorrow morning for them =)

Edit: Question. After you sign into FatWallet, can you then sign into your Dell SB account?
 
I suspect so dlerium. Fatwallet is only a 'portal' to dell, what you do is:

pre-game warmup = hope it all works 😀

1. go to fatwallet.com can log onto to your fatwallet account (better create one quick!)
2. at fatwallet.com, go to the dell 3% section.
3. click on the dell banner/link which takes you to dell
4. shop as normall at dell, adding the monitor to your cart
5. in your cart at the top is where you log-on to DELL (so now your logged on to DELL AND FATWALLET, only fatwallet is 'hidden')
6. Apply the relevant coupons
7. Pay with your Dell Preffered Account
8. Just saved 40% !
 
Yah i just bought one ... though not sure how hot it is

i'm guessing fatwallet is pre-tax ... so that's an extra 22

768 after tax (52 in tax 🙁 to pa)

i figured out how to get the 2% dpa but dell wasn't recognizing my acct ... may have to call them later

to get it ... you click pay with 2 credit cards, then the link comes up to save an extra 2%, click that... and then there is a spot for people who already have an account
 
Just so you guys know, FatCash takes 90-120 days to go through. I bought my 2405FPW early this summer and just yesterday got my FatCash. Still a good deal, but just wanted to give a heads up.
 
was about to get mine, couldn't seem to get the dpa 2% off. If came to like 850 with tax for me (i live in austin where dell is, tax here is astronomical) I just can't justify the purchase so I backed out. I've already got two monitors, the main one is crt and is a baddass NEC, I would have to replace my second monitor (currently a cheap lcd) with the dell. But then WHAT THE HELL USE WOULD I GET OUT OF IT! Man these deals are so evil! Who needs this stuff!? Of course if I didn't have the NEC.....

I was thinking the same thing... bring one to work and have the pleasure of doing development on a 24" LCD as opposed to a 17"... 😀
