I see $4.98, but I can't log in with my Yahoo id. It doesn't say anything is invalid. It just returns to the login screen.

I also see $4.98/yr

But I would still use NameCheap or GoDaddy for a domain.

Why?

NameCheap.com is a great domain registrar, offers FREE WhoisGuard for the first year, etc.

Agreed....

And Godaddy is better because.... ?

Just an FYI for others; after using godaddy and Yahoo, I have to say that godaddy's user interface is much friendlier.

Also, the fact that godaddy is solely dedicated to providing webhosting/domain types of services makes me recommend that you utilize godaddy if you can spare a couple extra bucks.

NameCheap > GoDaddy > Yahoo

In terms of user interface

I registered a domain with GoDaddy.com last night for a client, it propagated and was online within 15 minutes

I like GoDaddy, but golly gee they sure nag you to death to buy add-ons when you are trying to check out....

Anyone get in on the Yahoo deal? Its fishy that they put a banner on a forwarded domain.

If anyone bought a domain thru them, please post. I am also thinking about going with Godaddy.com
