Well, this lady sure met that criteria with what she's wearing. That's probably what won her the little 7. It's just she doesn't have the parts to fit the dress.
Speaking of . . . I never trusted "Hot or Not" when I realised how people at forums (AT OT an example) would post a link to a pic and have people give "sympathy" or "blind" votes. It also made me realise how different in taste we all are. I'm always amazed with what folks at AT call very beautiful, hot or ugly versus what I or others I know in real life perceive as such. It seems to me that people search for particular features, for instance boob size, butt size, eye colour, etc. alone and then rate someone solely based on that. Weird . . . but thank God, I don't need validation from people to feel good about my appearance . . . of course compliments or tips from significant people in my life makes a difference.

I dont like the pose by the gal in that link I dont know if I would consider her to be beautiful but she is very attractive and pretty. I must be on crack or something but I dont like the picture.
I don't mean hotness at all, Storm. LOL! I mean she's beautiful. My definition of beautiful is the face. And it's synonymous with pretty and sometimes with attractive. That's different from hot. Now, she isn't exactly in the outfits for "hotness" but she's beautiful in my view.
