my friend needs help and im too stupid

ok...i have a problem....hopefully someone has a solution...my computer wont let me log into hotmail or yahoo...and a message pops up saying "handle is invalid" but yahoo lets me log in thru a europe yahoo site... anyone have any clue?? please!!

does it cost him more to login to a european site?
Whats the matter with her?
If you can log in and get her mail, then fine.
Just because she can't use a favourite server(?)..................
