hotmail via outlook express

I can not seem to get it to download my mail into outlook express. It says 'redirected'

I have no problem getting my hotmail through outlook express in XP.
How did the problem start?
Did you change a setting or has it always been giving you problems?

I feel like is started a few weeks ago. The main thing that changed is hotmail got upgraded.

yea well it is the problem but I pay for extra hotmail.
