I am using WinXP SP1. When I was adding my hotmail account to my Outlook Express (6.00, xpsp1), there is a new server type "HTTP". Adding my hotmail account and now I can access my hotmail from outlook express just like using a IMAP server !!

For yahoo, you can use YahooPops. Have been using it for a long time, great freebie.
Caution: use version 0.3.9. Do not use version 0.4 because many people experience problems with version 0.4.

Yup, GREAT program. I love it. You just gotta learn how to use it once, really easy to set up, and after that.........you got Outlook/Outlook Express for your Yahoo! mail.

I snagged my hotmail account just so I wouldn't clog up my regular account with spam.

Course I guess I could build some filters - and tinker - and ARRGGHH!!!

Spamnet doesn't work with OE, nor does it work with HTTP mail in Outlook. I think it only works for POP3 servers, although I haven't tested it with IMAP.
