Mine doesn't give me a "no inbox" page, it just keeps returning me to the "sign in" page.

I'm sorry. Some comrades and I were attempting our 3rd run on our time travel machine and nearly punched a hole in the space time continuem. Thankfully all it did was cause this glitch at hotmail and killed a homeless guy. Sorry. We'll try and get it right this time.

Working for me now, I was able to get into the XBOX repair request page after (finally) logging into Passport.

The worst part was that their server website was still claiming that hotmail and MSN Live was up.
