this is pissing me off. the old interface may have been generic and uneventful but at least it was fast and easier to navigate. This is like the website equivalent of bloatware, making the whole damn page into a graphic, taking longer to download.:|

you think people with msn account is any better..

I can't retrieve my F'ing Mail~!!!!!!

RUNBOX sucks now too .. since so many people signed up for their 100mb mailbox..

wtf....

Mabye they're taking it offline to build some redundancy into the system so it doesn't fail for more than a week like it did recently. In either case, it'd be nice to know what's going on with it and why it's down again.

If they are taking it offline, maybe a more convenient time should have been used, like 2 AM on a weekend. And yea, they should notify us if they are going to have downtimes beforehand. since Im on the topic, 2MB of e-mail space is paltry and cheap on MS's part. even yahoo gives 6 MB of space if Im not mistaken. with the amount of spam I recieve, i cant be away for more than a week before they start deleting the oldest messages.

I'm happy with my Netscape Webmail. If they take it offline for maintenance, you get notified by a message either in your inbox or on the page right after you're logged in in your account. They're almost never down.

My Hotmail account is solely for spam 😀
