<< Mabye they're taking it offline to build some redundancy into the system so it doesn't fail for more than a week like it did recently. In either case, it'd be nice to know what's going on with it and why it's down again. >>
If they are taking it offline, maybe a more convenient time should have been used, like 2 AM on a weekend. And yea, they should notify us if they are going to have downtimes beforehand. since Im on the topic, 2MB of e-mail space is paltry and cheap on MS's part. even yahoo gives 6 MB of space if Im not mistaken. with the amount of spam I recieve, i cant be away for more than a week before they start deleting the oldest messages.
