Hotkeys in ATI Catalyst driver

I have Catalyst ver.4.9 and for some reason the hotkeys just stopped working. Has anyone had similar problems?? Any suggestions on a fix? Maybe there's a better driver out there for my Gigabyte Radeon 9200...
 
well when I upgraded to 4.12 it really slowed down my graphics processing (i.e. I ran at resolutions I used to run finally on, and fps got a lot slower) 3dmark also showed a 40% drop in performance so I'm not so keen on updating to this particular driver.
