I ordered one on 25th but I have not received any email confirmation. Then I called up and placed an another order on phone, the CSR told me they have in stock but it will be delivered on the 1st Dec. He gave me order # also. My Zip Code: 75074. Time 9.45AM CST.
I just called Staples and they told me the item was out of stock so it had been cancelled... They just didn't bother sending me a cancellation email.

Good luck when you order clearance items from staples, I still have a bad taste in my mouth from the last time I ordered.
The order was taken by a CS rep at staples who had 1 in stock when I ordered. 3 weeks and multiple phone calls later, Supervisor told me that the item was not guaranteed to be delivered even though I ordered it when they had it in stock (despite 2 delivery confirmations & 5 CSRs assuring me that the item had actually shipped). Her words "Basically untill its out the door, you have NO guarantee that the item will be delivered to you regardless of what the computer says"

I got an out of stock e-mail but not a cancellation e-mail. i checked status and it said scheduled delivery is 11/30. But the order still hasn't been processed yet. wonder what that means.
with taxes it's 75 and who knows when that rebate comes there is no way someone will someone will sell you this burner for 60 minimium $100.00. You don't needaburner you need a life if you make those offers
