Because if you're poor enough to complain you probably shouldn't be staying there.

But, but, but, He is an ATOTer, raking in $250K yr., Paying with his rewards Credit Card (The one where they pay you to use it), and dating Supermodels.

All ATOTers complain about small charges & the price of Ramen!

This is one reason I prefer to stay at Kimpton properties. The hotels are really nice, service is great, and if you join their free loyalty program you get free high speed internet at any of their hotels

$700 a night for about 250 people...insane. would rather have pocketed that cash

250 people @ 700 a night for 40 nights? thats $700,000 I call bullshit, Microsoft wouldnt even pay a hotel bill that high AND thats not even counting the food expense.

yea i prefer Hampton Inns. i have stayed in them all across the country, the beds are very comfortable, the rooms are clean and free internet in the room along with a free hot breakfast. everything i need for about 100 a night.

I generally frequent more urban areas like NYC, SF, etc. The discount chains (and even some of the better brands like Hilton/Marriott depending on the age of the property) have some scary bad rooms/buildings in those areas....I've stayed in them. 😱

Then why don't they nickel and dime you for the daily newspaper, slippers, or bath robe? Or add it to the room fee so I don't see it. Things like $5 for 8oz soda doesn't bother me. But internet should be complimentary like newspapers and TV.

Man $5 for an 8oz soda doesn't bother you? You must be rich as hell!

it was actually 400 people, 150 were at another similarly expensive hotel.

also this group of 400 was just the IT new hires, there was another group of 300 finance new hires as well.

each person had a $1500 stipend for the 5 weeks as well as free lunch at training every day.

we didn't learn anything.

it's a global bank...what would you expect? the amount of waste is staggering.
