I got my X-Fi Platinum for around 160, so $40 difference isn't that bad at all...
Though I've had some issues with BF2/Ventrilo, everything else is great.

i dont know where you live but im 23 and its normal to be paid less than 10 bucks an hour..if you dont have a full fledged career it isnt that easy to make 15 bucks an hour unless you are doing some really hard manufacturing job that sucks the life out of you
