Did you fry or bake? I have alway's baked but the recipe calls for either.

I baked them. After they were done I dunked them in a bowl with 1 full cup of frank's and a 1/3 cup of butter. Once they were dunked, I pulled them out and put them on a serving tray. Then I poured what was left in the bowl all over them. We went through tons of napkins, but they were delicious.

My mom's secret was to add a packet of italian dressing mix and garlic to the butter/Franks. Mmm...

1/2 butter
1/2 red hots
add a little flour to the butter to thicken the sauce
add cayenne to dial up the heat

1)fry wings
2)coat with sauce
3)open beer
4)enjoy
